$199 plus tax ~ 1 room with antique furnishings for 1 overnight  double occupancy stay with some special touches:
~ pot of black or herbal tea (or coffee if preferred), tea sandwiches, homemade sweets, and fruit garnishes served on china in our parlor or provided in privacy of upstairs room

 Wedding Event Packages
 
$700  plus tax  “Honeymooners Reception Package”
Event rental facility space (entire first floor with kitchen and restroom) for up to 40 guests for 4 hour “mix and mingle” reception. Food and beverages must be brought in ready to serve. Caterer required for food service and serving pieces for parties over 20 persons.

REHEARSAL DINNER SPACE RENTAL (entire first floor with kitchen and restroom)
for up to 40 guests.
Food and beverages must be brought in ready to serve. Sit down dinners with optional use of house dishes and linens for table settings are possible for groups under 15. Caterers are required to provide food, beverages, dishes, glasses, and serving pieces for parties over 15 persons.
