Full House & Events
*Please note that the manager has 24/7 access to the property during your stay and will be conducting property checks throughout your stay with us.
*Rental rules need to be signed and a credit card on file prior to the key being given.
* We want you to enjoy your stay here at the Mansion but we also need to uphold the integrity of the estate and its contents. Mansion on Main is a 135 year old historic estate that contains priceless and irreplaceable antiques. We conduct business as a Bed and Breakfast not as a fraternity house. We do have very specific rules in place for your safety and that of our property and its contents. We expect them to be followed by the renter and the renters guests.
* Our manager can be reached at (808) 208-3987 and if deemed necessary will then contact the owner. In case of medical or fire emergency please call 911 FIRST and then call our manager.
A $200.00 deposit is required and is non-refundable but will go towards your balance and is required at time of booking to secure your event date.

* Our manager will meet you at the time of your check out which is between 10am and 11am the day of check out. At that time a walk through inspection will be conducted and key(s) will be returned to the manager.

- Absolutely NO open flames. No candles to include birthday candles. Birthday candles will be permitted ONLY if the manager is present.
- No smoking is allowed in the mansion. This is to include cigarettes, vapes, pipes, cigars, marijuana, or any other type of substance. If smoke is detected a $150.00 smoke removal cleaning fee will apply and will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Alcohol is permitted in moderation. NO red wine is permitted inside the mansion.
- Full house rental does NOT include the lower level basement. The basement is a personal residence and is monitored by a security system, cameras, and alarm.
- We are a strict NO pet property except for legally registered service dogs. This does not include emotional support animals as they are not legally registered. Legal documentation is required upon check in. There are plenty of local boarding facilities should you need to bring your pet. If a renter is caught with an animal within the mansion the renter will be asked to either board the animal or leave the property WITHOUT a refund. A pet damage fee in the amount of $200.00 will be charged to the credit card on file should there be any damages done by the animal. This is to include urine, feces, property destruction etc.
- If you bring it in you take it out. Meaning whatever you bring in you are to take with you when you leave. This is to include decorations, food, trash, etc.
- An excessive cleaning fee of $200.00 applies to anything other than normal cleaning and sanitation. Meaning that of mopping, dusting, use of a vacuum, and gentle/normal cleaning of bathrooms/kitchen. This fee pertains to spills, stains, urine, vomit, blood, feces, dirty dishes, food left in the refrigerator or any other mess deemed excessive in manner. The fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Children are welcomed BUT please make note that parents/guardians are responsible for any damages caused by the child. Many of our antiques are unable to be replaced so therefore item(s) will be sent to an antique appraiser and the parent/guardian will be responsible at the cost of what the appraiser deems the item(s) worth to be.
- Door is to remain LOCKED at all times. The lower level of the mansion is on video surveillance and is monitored on a regular basis by our manager and our security company.
- Lighting is to be turned OFF when not in use. Due to the antique lighting some of the lights are not suitable to be left on. The lights that the manager turns on are the ONLY lights to be left on continuously during your stay.
- Max occupancy for a full house rental with us is TEN. Any more than ten nightly guests will be asked to leave. Nightly meaning those who stay the night with us. Any additional overnight guests remaining on property the renter will be charged an additional person(s) fee of a nightly rate of $100.00 plus 12% tax. Fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Mansion on Main will NOT be held liable for any injuries caused to any guest due to negligent behavior. These behaviors include but are not limited to intoxication, roughhousing, fights, high risk behaviors including drug use.
